What is Curious Cabin?
We're two doctors-in-training in the Philippines, aiming to bring our thought project come to life! Curious Cabin is the helping hand we wish we had all those years ago; a free-to-use collection of guides that doesn't require you to buy outdated reviewer books or scour the internet for notes. Here's what worked for us, and a little more that we've learned along the way, we hope you have fun studying as much as we did!
Our mission
To provide Filipino students with the accessible resources and preparation guides for the Philippine National Medical Admission Test. During our time a few years ago where we were aspiring to get into our dream med school, it was so difficult to get different perspectives on "how to study". Given that we don't all study the same way, we hoped that by making this project of ours, we could share some insights and evidence to the very interesting world of being a student, of medicine no less!
Our vision
We want you, yes, you, to pass the NMAT and start the path to becoming a doctor. No matter what your motivations are, we're here lend a helping hand along the way. We believe that learning and being a student of medicine is too diverse of a field to be restricted in the classroom, zoom meetings, and review centers! We are rooting for you, future colleague!
